Yaaaayyyyyy, Diana! I have heard ywins are more likely to happen when you get pregnant right away after getting off birth control! (Maybe that’s one good result of that Mirena you hated so?) A lot of women “spit out” more than one egg many right when they begin ovulating again. The Man upstairs knew just what to do for you. I am so happy and excited for your family!! Sending love and prayers your way. πŸ˜€

    Oh. My. Goodness.
My mouth just fell open! WOW! CONGRATULATIONS!

Interesting how you’ve been saying recently that you wanted to have a big family lately, but that you didn’t want to go through another pregnancy. Well, this is definitely one way to go about it! πŸ™‚
Also, all those extra hormones probably help to explain partly why you’ve been feeling so yucky recently.

So happy for you, friend. Congratulations my dear.

Thanks so much lady <3 We are so excited and thankful that we have the chance to have a bigger family and not have to struggle with another tough pregnancy.

Congrats Congrats Congrats!! Welcome to the twin mama club! My Brennan is a month older than your Bella and my fraternal twin boys were born in Sept 2011. Yep, I had 3 kids under 2 for about a month there. It’s a completely insane life, but it brings so many joys and blessings along with it. I just have to remind myself of that sometimes when I’m in the middle of an insane day. πŸ˜‰

    1. Diana

      February 20, 2012 at 4:35 pm

I’m going to remember this. πŸ™‚ I feel like this pregnancy is already (semi) preparing me for getting ready to let go and go with the flow a little. But I know there is SO much to come.

      1. Kelli

        February 20, 2012 at 5:33 pm

It definitely does. I had hyperem with my pregnancies too so I completely know how you feel. And I’m a complete control freak, so I was hugely humbled by having to accept help. We had live-in help from our families (who live 1000 miles away) for the last month of my pregnancy and the first month of the twins lives. Our helpers accomplished what needed to be done, but they didn’t do it THE RIGHT WAY (read: my way). It’s taught me a lot, and continues to do so. If you ever need moral support, feel free to email me or follow my blog to see my chaos and help yourself feel normal πŸ˜‰

    1. Diana

      February 20, 2012 at 4:33 pm

You know, I honestly don’t care and I know I’d be happy with each but – I do think I’d be a tad disappointed if we didn’t get at least one boy. If it doesn’t work that way I’ll be fine, but it would be awesome if it did.
