Sam got us hooked on Chobani yogurts a few years ago. He loves any kind of Greek yogurt, and Chobani’s were perfect for him to take to work as breakfast or part of lunch. We have anywhere from 5-10 in our fridge at all times, in all different flavors. I knew when Chobani came out with their new “flip” brand, we’d have to give them a try.
While working from home and needing small snacks to get me through this pregnancy, on top of hauling Bella all over town for errands and appointments, I found Chobani Flip to be a great way to tide me over between meals. I could throw them in a purse for a quick trip out, eating it in the parking lot. I used them at home as a quick way to hold off the never-ending sick feeling I have when I don’t eat after just a few hours.
While they are amazingly good, the only downside is I wish they weren’t quite so sugary tasting. It may be partly because I don’t really ever crave sweets this pregnancy, mostly savory. On the flip side of that (no pun intended) when I worked into the evenings and had a sugar craving, these were ideal to grab out of the fridge and have instead of a pint of ice cream.
Things to know about these little delights:
- Chobani, America’s #1 Greek Yogurt brand, has 15 new product varieties.
- No matter the variety, each and every cup of Chobani Greek Yogurt is made with fresh milk from cows not treated with rBST and proudly contains no artificial sweeteners, preservatives or flavors.
- Chobani Flip is a collection of sweet snacks that pair delicious Greek Yogurt with natural mix-ins. Enjoy Coffee Break Bliss – low-fat yogurt with biscotti pieces and chocolate. Or, a summer favorite Strawberry Summer Crisp – low-fat yogurt paired with golden graham crackers and white chocolate.
Once we tried our Chobani Flips (Kiwi Lime and Almond Coco Loco), we both liked them so much I ended up doing a run for more one evening. I found a couple new ones – Nutty for ‘Nana and Chocolate Haze Craze. You can find them at your local grocery store (these were some of the last ones, and others have said they’ve had them sold out quickly).
If you’re going to get just one though – get the Key Lime Crumble. It was my very favorite.
However they also have a Pumpkin Harvest Crisp one. So once I hunt it down, that may change things.
